My aim is to provide information about alternate and complimentary therapies that can heal and help people in leading healthier lifestyles.


Personally my path towards holistic wellness began when I suffered a second bout of Arthritis in 2016. Ayurveda medicines and Yoga helped me not only to recover quickly but also build my strength and immunity. During this ordeal, I also came to a realization that there are many people who suffer every day because of lifestyle diseases. That’s when I decided to bridge the gap and create awareness around alternate and complimentary therapies.
